Vault (“the app”) is created by Loinnir Studio (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and how. In short: Vault keeps your data on your device. We do not run servers that store your medals, we do not require an account, and we do not track you.
Everything you add to Vault — medal photos, race names, dates, times, locations, notes, tags, and settings — is stored locally on your iPhone. It is not uploaded to us or to any cloud service we operate, and we have no ability to see it. If you delete the app, this data is removed from your device.
Your data may be included in your device’s normal iCloud or iTunes device backup, because that is a feature of iOS you control in your iOS Settings. We are not involved in that process.
You can grant or revoke any of these at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Vault offers a one-time “Lifetime” purchase to unlock unlimited medals. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see or receive your payment details.
To validate your purchase and keep it working across reinstalls, we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat processes purchase-related information (such as a randomly generated anonymous identifier, App Store transaction and receipt data, and basic technical details like device type and country) for the sole purpose of confirming whether you own the unlock. This information is used for app functionality only, is not linked to your identity, and is not used to track you across other apps or websites. The app may download improvements over the air through Expo’s update service (Expo Application Services). When it checks for an update, the service may process standard technical request information such as your IP address, app version, and device platform to deliver the correct update. This is not used to identify you. See expo.dev/privacy.
Vault lets you export a backup file of your collection. That file is created on your device and saved wherever you choose (for example the Files app or iCloud Drive) through the standard iOS share sheet. We never receive it. You are responsible for where you store or share it.
Vault is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version at this address.
